예전에 누군가 스팀을 이런식으로도 활용가능하지 않겠냐는 스팀잇 글을 본적이 있었다. 그당시엔 암호화폐에 대한 완전 뉴비인 상태라 스팀잇의 생태계에 대해 알 수가 없어 어느 도인(?)의 글이었는지 찾지를 못했다. 지금 당시 기억으로 그때 내용이 스팀을 결제수단 또는 보조수단으로 활용하고, 카페를 이용하는 사람들에게 소소한 보팅을 해주는 아름 다운 상황을 만들 수 있지 않겠느냐는 식의 내용으로 기억한다.
그 뒤로도 나는 그 기억에 대한 부분을 잊지 못하고 가끔, 스팀이 좀더 가치가 있어 지고 대중화가 되면 실제로 카페를 만들어 볼 수 있지 않을까 라는 상상을 종종 하곤 했다. 여기서 한번 어떤식으로 기획을 하면 좋을지 생각해본다.

카페 내부 기획
- 먼저 포스팅을 위한 공간은 기본중의 기본!! 편안한 테이블과 의자, 일반적인 메이커 커피숍(?)과 비슷하게 구성이 될것이다.
- 거기에 스팀은 “Proof of Brain” 블록체인의 중심에 있는 대표주자로서, 스팀에 대한 이야기도 풀어가고 밋업도 할 수 있는 회의 공간도 있으면 좋겠다. 거기서는 블록체인과 관련된 강연이라던지 어떤식으로든 나올 SMT관련 회의 및 토론이라던지.. 대충 그런식으로 활용이 가능 해질 것 같다.
스팀 카페만의 특장점
- 물론 스팀 카페이니만큼 스팀 계정을 하나 파고 고객들의 글을 겁내 resteem! 겁내 voting! 세례를 퍼붓는다. 매일 아침 voting power!!가 울끈불끈 할때는 voting 가치가 더 해지는 보너스가 있을 수도 있겠다.
- 스팀 및 스달로 결제가 가능하다. 스팀의 빠른 전송속도는 실생활에 얼마든지 적용이 가능하리라 본다.
- 스팀을 모르는 사람들에게 스팀의 정신을 전파 할 수 있다.
위치 선정
아무래도 스티밋의 주 사용층에 맞추어 대체로 젊은 사람들이 접근하기 쉬운 지역이 좋을 듯 하다. 하지만 저는 부산에 살아서… 혹시나 이런 카페를 만든다면 무조건 수도권으로 가야 할 것 같다는 생각이 든다.

우리들이 만들어 가는 스팀카페
일단 적지 않은 돈이 들어 갈 것은 자명해 보인다. 본인은 일단 창업을 해본적도, 주변에 카페를 하는사람도 없어서 대략적인 금액도 파악은 안되지만, 일단 무시 못할 금액이 들어 갈 것이란 것은 예상이 가능하다. 기본적으로 생각나는 부분은 아래와 같다.
- 인테리어(초기자본) - 1회성
- 임대료 - 매달
- 운영비(아르바이트, 재료비, 기타 운영비) - 매달
1회성 자본은 일단.. 생각을 접어 두고, 매달 나오는 부분은 보팅 만땅으로 어떻게 해결이 될 수 있지 않을까? 보팅을 통한 펀딩, 음료 판매 금액, 스파임대.. 스달이 2만원을 꾸준히 유지해준다면 불가능은 아닐 것이라는 생각이 들기도 말기도 한다.
오늘은 여기까지만 써보고, 혹시 다른 분들의 생각도 한번 들어 보는 것이 좋을 것 같다. 물론 실현가능성이 아직은 좀 힘들겠지만 상상만 해보는건 문제가 아니니 말이다. 그리고 예전에 상상만으로 남던일들이 현실이 되는 경우도 있으니 말이다. “상상은 현실이 된다!!”.
쓰다보니 너무 이상적인 부분에 대해서만 생각하고, 현실적으로 당장 문제가 될 것 같은 부분은 고려가 잘 되지 않은 것 같다. 사실상 현실은 어마어마하게 무시무시하니까 말이다.
혹시나 누군가 한번 이글보고 실현해볼 수도 있으니 리스팀도 부탁드려보아요. ㅎㅎ

Inside cafe plan
- First, the space for posting is basic! Comfortable tables and chairs, common maker coffee shop (?) Will be similar to the configuration.
- There is Steem as the representative in the center of the “Proof of Brain” block chain. I would like to have a meeting room where I can also talk about steam and do a few minutes. There is talk about the block chain, SMT related meetings and discussions that will come out in some way .. It seems to be possible to use it roughly like that.

It seems to be a good place for young people to access to the main use of Steemit. But I live in Busan … I think that if you make such a cafe, you should go to the capital area unconditionally.

It seems self-evident that there will be a small amount of money. I do not know about the amount since I have never started a business or have a café nearby, but it can be expected that an amount that can not be ignored will come in. Basically, I think of the following parts.
- Interior (initial capital) - one time
- Rent - Monthly
- Operating expenses (part-time, material and other expenses) - monthly
One-time capital, once the idea .. .., leaving every part of the board can not be solved by how much? Funding through voting, beverage sales, steem power rental .. If Stead keeps $20 won steadily, I do not think it would be impossible.
It is better to try it today and listen to the thoughts of other people. Of course, the possibility of realization is still a bit difficult, but imagining it is not a problem. And in the past, things that were left only by imagination become reality. “Imagination becomes a reality!”.
